Interestingly enough, that commonsense ruling (that being naked while walking on a road or in one's car at a drive-through is illegal) also established jurisprudence that being naked, within the context of a march or demonstration arguing for the right to do so, is entirely legal.
It's a question of context, akin to it being legal to scream pro-life slogans at the top of your lungs at a pro-life rally — but obviously illegal in a movie theatre.
So all those "buck-naked men" at the Toronto Pride parade? (About twenty people in a 5-hour long 2014 parade?) Contrary to urban myth, their presence is completely legal — because it's within the context of a march celebrating past victories in the acceptance of sexual minorities, and continuing to denounce ongoing discrimination against those minorities, here and around the world.
