National Post Editorial: "New sex-ed curriculum should be sensitive to all sides": (2015.02.23) "Liberals and progressives, heavily represented in the education system, are entitled to dismiss values that differ from theirs as outdated or ill-informed, if they wish. They are not entitled, however, to impose their own values in their place.
However strange other peoples’ values may seem to us, especially when it come to sex, those values are intensely personal and worthy of respect, on all sides. It is essential that the new curriculum be implemented with maximum sensitivity to those differences — including an option for parents to withdraw their children from sex education classes if they choose."
