Perhaps the Catholic Church seems to have bigger issues that just abortion here. I am not a Catholic, but it seems from those I have met in my life, that while abortion is important, so are issues like war, hunger, and plenty of other issues that are pro-life. I find that too many pro-lifers are very hypocritical on this issue. In my opinion, protecting the environment is the most important issue because what is the point of protecting a fetus if the life support system isn't there to sustain life. Frankly, far too many pro-lifers also don't seem to show as much interest or passion for this issue as abortion.
